Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Elevate Outdoors provides landscaping, lawn care, grading, skid steer work, light demolition, and outdoor maintenance services as outlined in the approved estimate or service agreement. Any additional work not specified in the original agreement may be subject to separate charges and scheduling.
2. Scheduling & Weather Delays
We strive to maintain consistent service schedules, but all dates are subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain or other delays, services will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity. Weekly clients are given priority in rescheduling during peak seasons.
3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to all areas scheduled for service. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and ensuring no obstructions prevent work from being completed safely and efficiently.
4. Payments & Invoicing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are typically delivered via email and can be paid online, by check, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% after 10 days past due.
Financing options for projects up to $25,000 may be available through our partner, Wisetack, upon credit approval.
5. Cancellations & Changes
We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if materials have already been ordered or crew time has been reserved.
6. Warranty & Service Guarantee
Elevate Outdoors stands by the quality of our work. Installation services such as sod, mulch, or landscaping features come with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. This does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or improper watering/maintenance by the client.
Living materials such as plants, grass, or trees are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Liability
Elevate Outdoors carries general liability insurance to protect our clients and team. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities (unless disclosed prior to service), or any conditions outside of our control including soil instability, drainage issues, or existing structural problems.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Follow post-service care instructions (e.g., watering new sod)

  • Notify us of any concerns within 3 business days of service

  • Ensure pets and children are kept away from equipment and work zones during service

9. Photography & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos of your project for quality assurance and promotional use. No identifying address or personal information will ever be shared. If you prefer we do not use photos of your property, please notify us in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Tarrant County jurisdiction.
By hiring Elevate Outdoors, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
